Just a quick update-
The snow is melting quickly, and after spending yet another fantastic day in Canmore we are going to hit the road again tomorrow, this time without the support van. Hopefully we can make it to the other side of Calgary tomorrow and find a place that doesn't have snow to camp!
It will definitely be difficult to leave though, the Matheson's have been so generous with their hospitality and just an overall blast! We were even treated with some music last night!
Here's hoping most of the snow is gone by the morning!

Who we are:
Kate is originally from Hartland, Michigan but completed her Bachelor in Science at the University of Waterloo in Biotechnology/Economics.
She is a very interesting individual with a peculiar grouping of interests that range from travel and meeting new people to quilting and making jam!
After this trip Kate plans on moving to Boston with Neil to pursue a career in Pharmaceutical sales
Neil is originally from Owen Sound, ON and also completed a degree in Geological Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
Neil enjoys photography, geocaching and learning about rocks... yeah, he's cool. After this trip Neil plans on moving to Boston to pursue a PhD in geophysics at M.I.T.

Snow in Calgary? In May?? Ahh, the joys of living in in balmy Southern Ontario!
Contrat's on completing your first province. As you, Neil and Amy are finding out, it is the people you meet during the journey that will leave the lasting impression. (That AND the scenery!)
